Speed Society Upgrades A Black Corvette C8 With ADV005 FLOWSpec Wheels

The production of the Corvette C8 began in February and only a few weeks later, our friends from Speed Society already have a build with this vehicle done. That’s fast. Really fast. And in addition to the speed with which Speed Society delivered this build, they’ve also added a set of the all-new ADV005 FlowSpec flow-formed wheels to this gorgeous black Chevrolet C8 Corvette, creating one of the most beautiful C8 builds to date.
The C8 Corvette is a direct result of several experimental CERV prototype vehicles creates by the U.S carmaker. In addition to that, this is the first mid-engined Corvette since the first-generation of the Corvette was introduced back in 1953. To make matters even more interesting, this is GM’s first production mid-engined sports car since the Pontiac Fiero was discontinued back in 1988, creating a completely novel design for the Corvette model family. And what a beautiful design this is.
This generation of the Corvette comes with a 6.2L V8 engine, delivering 490 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. Mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission system, the C8 Corvette is capable of reaching 62mph (100km/h) from a standstill in under 3.0 seconds. In addition to that, the mid-engined platform with a rear-wheel-drive system promises an amazing driving experience. The vehicle at hand features a beautiful black metallic paint scheme that perfectly accentuates the aggressive body lines of this vehicle.
