With the Porsche Turbo S, the sheer usability of this everyday supercar often overshadows it’s high-performance abilities. Namely, the Porsche 911 Turbo S is powered by a 3.8-litre, twin-turbo six-cylinder engine at the rear, delivering a whopping 580 horsepower (427kW) and 780 Nm of torque – resulting in some amazing acceleration & top speed. On the other hand, the vehicle is so usable in everyday situations that many owners actually daily drive these beasts.

Let’s put things into perspective a bit. Shall we?

When drivers utilize the 911’s Launch Control, the Porsche 911 Turbo will accelerate from 0-62mph (0-100 km/h) in 3.0 seconds. The top speed the vehicle will attain is 320 km/h. You would think that would be more than enough for pretty much everyone not named The Stig, right? But in reality, for some, that simply wasn’t enough. That’s why the Stuttgart based car maker decided to give the ultimate 911- the 991 Turbo S – a bit more speed & performance overall.

The 911 Turbo S utilizes larger turbochargers and electronics that are further optimized for sheer performance. In turn, this yields the 911 Turbo S the ability to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in a breathtaking 2.9 seconds (2.8 with Sport Chrono) and to reach 200 km/h in just 9.9 seconds. Top speed: 330 km/h. Combine that with an all-wheel drive as standard, lightweight and amazing power delivery and you’ve got yourself one impressively fast ride.

To put things into perspective, the Lamborghini Aventador posts an acceleration time exactly the same as to that of the 911 Turbo S, making the Porsche a rather compelling argument for a daily driver that turns Batman at night, turning itself into a supercar with impressive performance and handling prowess.

In order to match the car’s ecstatic performance levels, an equally high-tech wheel solution was needed. This is where our ADV10.0 M.V2 Competition Spec wheels fall right into place. The CS Series wheels come with a fully bespoke engineered, lightweight construction that allows them to be both strong and light in size at the same time. In turn, this makes the CS Series a perfect companion to high-performance applications – like the Porsche 911 Turbo S seen here.

For this build, the customer opted in for wheels sized 20×9 and 20×12 in the front and rear, respectively. Thanks to a Brushed Aluminum with Gloss Clear finish, they complement the white exterior finish of the vehicle. The full photoshoot, courtesy of William Stern Photography, is available right below.
