This build started with an interesting looking Tanzanite Blue Metallic exterior finish, chosen for one of the classiest performance cars out there – the BMW M6. The current-generation M6 comes powered by a 4.4 liter BMW TwinPower Turbo engine delivering 560 horsepower (412 kW) and maximum torque of 502 lb-ft (680 Newton meters). This results in a fast 0-62 mph (0-100km/h) run of a low 4 seconds, with the its top speed limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). Truly a great foundation for a perfect aftermarket build, isn’t it?

The owner, who is well-known on the Instagram scene (you can look him up with @M6Jay on Instagram actually) wanted to give his vehicle a more aggressive aftermarket look. He thus dropped his vehicle off at Wheels Performance, one of our authorized dealers in Florida. The end result is a staggeringly clean looking BMW M6, with all the boxes ticked as far as aftermarket parts are in question.

But, let’s review the build, shall we? It all started with a complete Vorsteiner VRS F12 M6 aero program. Vorsteiner parts are constructed of the finest Autoclaved Pre-Impregnated Carbon Fiber., giving them superior stiffness, aerospace strength & durability compared to traditional hand laid carbon fiber composites. For the Vorsteiner VRS aero program, the parts list goes with a front add-on spoiler, side skirts, a rear aero diffuser and a decklid spoiler, all made out of pre-preg carbon fiber. The parts give the Tanzanite Blue BMW M6 a perfect accentuating and visual upgrade. After the aerodynamics were installed, it was time for a set of wheels.

The owner of this BMW M6 opted out for a set of ADV5.2 Track Spec CS wheels for his build. Our Track Spec wheel line offers superior rigidity, lightness and impressive design, all custom tailored for some of the best high-performance vehicles in the world. With sizes of 21×9.5 and 21×12 in the front and rear, respectively, the M6 got a rather aggressive and flush wheel upgrade. For this setup, the owner went with a Brushed Aluminum w/ Gloss Clear finish for the wheel discs, while the lips are finished with a Polished Aluminum w/ Gloss clear finish.
