This Acid Green Porsche 911 GT3 comes from the Lone Star State. It features an Acid Green exterior finish, topped off with a set of ADV5.0 Track Spec CS Series three-piece forged wheels. Custom built for this application, these wheels feature a unique split five-spoke design, exposed titanium hardware, floating wheel spokes, and an extravagant wheel finish. The wheels are machined in sizes of 20×9 and 20×12 in the front and rear, respectively. Furthermore, the wheels feature a Custom Gloss Gold with Gloss Black finish combination.

While the finish combination may be too over the top for some, this owner – judging by the exterior finish chosen for his GT3 – doesn’t shy away from controversy. After all, the Porsche 911 GT3 is by no means an ordinary car. In more ways than one, it’s one of the most lavish high-performance machines that’s available on the market today.

The Porsche 911 GT3 is powered by a 4.0-liter six-cylinder horizontally opposed, naturally aspirated boxer engine derived from the 911 GT3 Cup. It delivers 500 horsepower and 460 Nm of torque, powering the rear wheels through a Performance-oriented 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK). Naturally, this being a high-performance, track-oriented Porsche, you can also option it out with a six-speed manual. When equipped with the PDK automatic transmission, the vehicle is able to sprint from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in just 3.8 seconds. While on the track (or the unrestricted autobahns), the GT3 will achieve a whopping top speed of 198mph (318km/h).

While their turbocharged brethren may develop more horsepower, thanks to some carefully designed suspension items and overall track oriented engineering, the 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 RS are some of the best machines that Porsche ever built. Additionally, when compared to the 911 Turbo and Turbo S, the exhaust note (thanks to the naturally aspirated engine and the impressive redline set at a staggering 9,000 RPM) is a much throatier and louder tune that leaves no petrolhead without making a lasting impression. And in the end, a set of ADV.1 Wheels makes for a perfect lightweight addition to this vehicle.
