The use of 100% titanium assembly hardware across the range is an industry first, placing ADV.1 at the forefront of wheel design and customer safety.
After a significant investment in design and exhaustive testing, our sister company, Tikore, has developed a beautiful 12-point fastener series that combines the absolute ultimate in strength, lightweight, and durability with the impeccable corrosion resistance that only titanium can provide.
One of the rarest and most expensive of metals, titanium is usually reserved for use in aerospace and military applications where strength and durability are paramount, and lightweight is critical to performance. Weighing only 55% of a comparable steel or stainless steel fastener, the new Tikore design assembly fasteners provide a reduction in unsprung wheel weight and moment of inertia, leading to improved acceleration and braking, as well as enhanced suspension performance.
Another amazing advantage of the Tikore design is the complete elimination of rust and galvanic corrosion, a common problem with wheels that use steel fasteners. Galvanic corrosion occurs when dissimilar metals like aluminum and steel are placed in direct contact. Over time, the aluminum erodes, weakening the threads and often causing a fastener failure. Titanium is completely impervious to this phenomenon, eliminating all corrosion and ensuring a secure and safe assembly. In addition, the titanium finish never degrades due to moisture or road salt, retaining the “brand new” look for the life of the wheel.

Titanium Lug Nuts/Bolts
Made in-house (U.S.A.), these brand new Lightweight and extremely high strength lug bolt are options for nearly any application in most popular sizes. ADV.1 titanium lug bolt sets are available in multiple configurations such as bolts, nuts, 2 piece and closed end nuts for use on both street and race applications. Each order is made specific to the exact engineering specifications of the ADV.1 wheels in combination with the vehicle application. For example, the bolts are engineered specifically based off of the wheels dimensions which vary from vehicle to vehicle.
ADV.1 titanium lug bolts are also available for OEM wheels and even in universal sizes (custom lengths for those running lengths over OEM i.e. wheel spacers) for aftermarket wheels aside from our own. Available in bright machined titanium or matte bead blasted titanium finishes. Locking security bolts/nuts are available for each set as an upgrade.
